Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors using approved techniques and products.
- Make beds to hotel standards, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including light switches, door handles, and countertops.
- Maintain the cleanliness of cleaning carts, storage closets, and utility areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a personal commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive cleaning team.
