Responsibilities
- Perform Deep Cleaning: Execute thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
- Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms, offices, or common areas are immaculate, stocked with amenities, and ready for use.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Restocking Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and toiletries, and restock as needed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot and correct minor imperfections to ensure a flawless finish.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
