Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to meet our luxury standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and presentable.
- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring waste bins are emptied and disposed of properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, following all health and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special event preparations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) and operate standard cleaning equipment.
