Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets and floors according to established standards.
- Sanitize surfaces, restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.), and ensure all supplies are replenished.
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers, ensuring they are emptied regularly and disposed of properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while working in private residences or commercial spaces.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
