Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas.
- Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to ensure health and safety standards.
- Restocking: Restock guest rooms with toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for new arrivals.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, broken amenities, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Organization: Ensure rooms are neatly organized, linens are folded correctly, and waste is disposed of properly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are all we ask for.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for spotting dust and ensuring a spotless finish.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.
