Responsibilities
- Clean & Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Attention to Detail: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Bedding & Amenities: Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal throughout the facility.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Professionalism: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
- Communication: Basic English comprehension and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and a desire to learn and improve.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
