Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to client specifications
- Safely use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment
- Follow detailed checklists and maintain consistent quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Manage time efficiently to meet cleaning schedules
- Report maintenance issues or special client requests promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old (parental consent required for minors)
- Reliable transportation within Minneapolis area
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Positive attitude and customer service skills
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
- Availability for weekday afternoons (3-7 PM) and weekends
- Must pass background check
