Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow strict safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
- Report maintenance issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and floor buffers, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
