Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a pristine condition.
- Restock amenities including toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to meet high-quality standards.
- Sanitize surfaces and floors using approved cleaning products and techniques.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols strictly, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Maintain organization of closets, storage spaces, and utility areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items.
- Reliable transportation and a valid government-issued ID.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific checklists.
- Background check friendly (no major felonies).
