Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and public areas.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and linens to ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisory staff immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in hallways and common areas to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
