Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a healthy environment.
- Restock amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and towels as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety and cleaning protocols at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients and residents.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
