Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to company standards.
- Amenity Management: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients or guests in the serviced areas.
- Efficiency: Complete cleaning tasks within the designated time frames to maximize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods, including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every space meets our premium quality standards.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
