Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, hallways, and lobby areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure all linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cleaning protocols at all times.
- Interact professionally with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
