Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards for quality assurance
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while using cleaning equipment and chemicals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to various job locations across Detroit metro area
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Basic understanding of English for client communication and safety instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques
