Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are fresh, crisp, and neatly arranged according to company standards.
- Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of hard floors to maintain a pristine environment.
- Sanitation: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, including restocking toiletries and amenities.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough final inspections of rooms to ensure quality control and meet safety standards.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Maintain an organized supply closet and ensure cleaning carts are fully stocked and ready for use.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior cleaning experience is required; we will teach you our proven methods.
- Reliability: You must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow specific instructions precisely.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for communicating with management and guests.
