Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Restroom Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and restock restrooms with soap, paper products, and hygiene supplies.
- Laundry Services: Collect and launder linens, towels, and bedspreads according to strict hygiene standards.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility regularly.
- Restocking: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor promptly.
- Inspection: Perform final inspections of assigned areas to ensure all standards are met before checkout.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- No Experience Needed: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
