Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize furniture to ensure rooms are welcoming and comfortable.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) and report them to the management team promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers, correctly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Reliable transportation and a proven history of punctual attendance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
