Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are pristine, welcoming, and meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Efficiency: Complete room turnovers and deep cleaning tasks within the allotted timeframes to maximize occupancy rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms to ensure a complete experience.
- Communication: Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management immediately to ensure a safe environment.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting details and a strong commitment to quality work.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, with a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
