Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors efficiently and thoroughly.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and linens in each room.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required. We welcome beginners!
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Basic English skills for communication and reading safety labels.
