Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize residential bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms to the highest standards.
- Organization: Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and organize clutter to maintain a pristine environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure efficient operations.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners and addressing specific cleaning requests.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products responsibly.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your schedule to complete all assigned tasks within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local travel within Columbus.
