Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize residential and commercial spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in restrooms and common areas.
- Restock amenities such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling instructions provided by the supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to the worksite in San Jose.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to learn and follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
