Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Dust furniture, baseboards, windowsills, and high-touch surfaces.
- Mop floors and wipe down kitchenettes or wet bars.
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure nothing is missed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience required; training provided.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
