Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and specified surfaces
- Restock supplies (linens, toiletries, amenities) to maintain inventory standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines (OSHA/COVID-19)
- Report maintenance issues or property damage to management promptly
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
- Provide exceptional customer service during guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for travel between properties)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth work locations
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
