Responsibilities
- Perform General Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas, including guest rooms, suites, hallways, and common spaces.
- Room Preparation: Ensure all rooms meet our strict quality standards by making beds, restocking amenities, and arranging furniture.
- Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and linens to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and address any immediate maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated shift times to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow detailed checklists.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
