Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, clean, and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and amenities, restocking rooms as needed.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and polish furniture to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to ensure total satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a healthy environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to strict time management schedules to maximize room turnover efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
