Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard of hygiene.
- Make beds, fluff linens, and arrange furniture to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and common spaces.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds regularly.
