Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage reservations efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest areas per hotel standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Valid Minnesota work permit (if applicable)
