Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to a showroom standard.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are sparkling clean and odor-free.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained after each shift.
- Organize living areas, fold laundry, and remove trash in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods without difficulty.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
