Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-era prototypes, from ideation to scalable implementation
- Drive strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, bioengineering)
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Secure partnerships with VCs, startups, and research institutions for tech acceleration
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech patents and disruptor landscapes to maintain competitive edge
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years leading complex R&D initiatives
- Proven track record delivering market-shaping products (quantum/AI/bio-tech focus)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and startup incubation
- Certified in agile/lean methodologies with PMP or equivalent
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
