- Report innovation metrics and ROI to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership, with 5+ managing teams
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience with agile development and stage-gate innovation processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management across all organizational levels
