Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Strategic MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Strong P&L management and budget oversight
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+
