Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive opportunities
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and impact on business growth
- Champion agile methodologies while maintaining strategic alignment
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership with 5+ years in tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ successful products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Strategic planning experience with multi-year roadmaps
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent agile certification
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
