Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and pilot minimum viable innovations for market validation
- Coordinate with R&D, product, and venture teams to scale breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate venturing, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Portfolio of successfully scaled innovation initiatives
