Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in strategic leadership

- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, neurotech)
- Executive-level experience in venture-backed tech environments
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation or future studies journals
