Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 scalability goals.
- Lead the architecture and design of next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate visionary concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under massive data loads.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing and edge AI to integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
