Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of the 2026 technology strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, AR/VR, and autonomous systems.
- Technology Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on cutting-edge technologies to predict their impact on our industry by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future tech concepts to executive leadership and product teams to align business goals with technological capabilities.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development of PoCs for high-potential future technologies to validate their viability for production deployment.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech landscapes.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and translating them into executable plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
