Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our core AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect high-performance machine learning pipelines that handle petabytes of data with low latency.
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models, including LLMs and generative AI.
- Mentor and coach engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices are integrated into every layer of the stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Extensive expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in high-performance programming languages (Python, C++, Rust).
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
