Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural roadmap for our 2026 AI systems, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to drive innovation in generative AI and large language models.
- Optimize existing models for real-time inference and reduce latency in edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security within the organization.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams.
