The Role:
As our Lead AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will oversee the architectural integrity of our core models and drive innovation that defines the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and complex neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and advanced NLP.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipelines for deploying large language models and computer vision systems into production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated interest or experience in futuristic technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), or AI for Climate Change.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
