Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade AI systems targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and implement best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge neural networks into legacy infrastructure.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and bias mitigation.
- Drive innovation in quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineers and data scientists.
