Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Architect scalable neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge academic research into robust, deployable production code.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from training to inference optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to define technical vision and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
