Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Nexus Horizon's AI infrastructure, specifically aligned with 2026 readiness standards.
- Architect scalable, high-performance neural network systems that support real-time data processing and decision-making.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices regarding data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI and hardware acceleration to continuously optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and future-proofing technology stacks.
