Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI systems targeted for deployment by 2026.
- Define the technical vision and product roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership.

- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Optimize existing systems to handle increased workloads and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior engineering teams.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
