Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap for AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Architect scalable, high-performance deep learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in researching and implementing cutting-edge algorithms.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of designing systems at scale, preferably in high-traffic environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
