Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for next-gen applications.
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business goals into technical strategies that align with our 2026 vision and long-term product objectives.
- Research & Development Leadership: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists in exploring cutting-edge models, including LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of AI models in production environments, focusing on latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions that drive user engagement.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
