Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the technical strategy for our flagship 2026 Vision project, integrating quantum algorithms with classical machine learning.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization for all AI workloads.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, ensuring our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus.
