Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture for our AI-driven products, specifically focusing on the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers to implement robust, scalable solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, model performance, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps and DevOps best practices is highly desirable.
