Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns AI capabilities with business goals for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Lead Technical Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, secure, and scalable AI systems using modern cloud architectures.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development efforts to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and improve accuracy in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures is highly preferred.
