Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for our core machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Develop Next-Gen Models: Oversee the research and deployment of advanced neural networks and predictive algorithms.
- System Optimization: Enhance system latency, throughput, and efficiency for production-grade AI applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in a leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
