Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar high-performance ML frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Large-Scale Data Pipelines is highly desirable.
